HOLY CRAP! is a film that follows the progression of ecological sanitation – a sustainable way to manage human composting waste that is affordable, requires minimal infrastructure, creates jobs and eliminates the cause of wide-spread infectious disease – and its effect on in Haitian communities in Port au Prince and Cap Haitien, where composting toilets have recently been introduced.
