Delicious Hybrid

You've done guacamole for every gathering you've hosted since you lived in the dorms. Isn't it time you tried something new, or at least an unexpected twist on an old favorite?

It's not Guac, not Bruschetta, not a cucumber salad...and yet it is ALL of these, and super simple to create.

This Avocado Cucumber Salsa tastes so good that it will become your favorite appetizer in no time.

Avocado Cucumber Salsa

1 avocado (mashed)
1 dash black pepper (ground)
1⁄2 cucumber (grated)
2 cloves garlic (minced )
1 lemon (juiced)
2 small scallions (finely chopped)
1 dash sea salt
2 medium tomato (finely chopped)

  • Add all the ingredients to a medium size bowl and mix it with a fork.
  • Serve with chips, crackers, as a chunky spread...your call!
