All of us at evōx are thrilled to participate at the upcoming SXSW Eco conference next month in Austin, Texas!

The original SXSW music and film festival has become incredibly popular since it was founded 1987 and has become a household name in the technology sector. Three years ago, the company widened their conference offerings and launched SXSW Eco. Billing itself as a “significant connector for professionals working to solve the complex challenges facing civil society, the economy and the natural world,” it is a natural fit for evōx to host the Welcome Reception and a booth to learn about as many attendees as possible.
This is evōx’s first big presence at an event so large and we look forward to meeting potential content providers, vendors, sponsors and partners. evōx is hosting the Welcome Reception for the entire conference which will take place at Brush Square Park on Monday, October 7th at 5:30-7 pm. It’s going to be quite an event! Attendees can enjoy the zany and colorful animal rides from the Austin Bike Zoo, listen to a local dj, snap pictures of themselves in a photo booth, enjoy beverages from Lagunitas Brewery and charge their phones using a solar powered pump. We’ll also have a table showing all the prizes conference-goers can win at the evōx booth in the Expo Center, courtesy of many of our great sponsors (including Bamboo Skateboards and Happy Family Superfoods). Xav Dubois, founder, will share a few words about evōx’s mission and what’s in store for the future of the company.

I attended the conference last year (prior to engaging with evōx) and was impressed. Presentation and speakers focus many different areas of sustainability.

If you will be attending the conference please come and visit us in the Expo Center at booth #327. Come play a fun and interactive game and win a prize from our recently-launched store. Everyone can follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for the latest updates from SXSW ECO, too!
